Just like our other quality broths, it is the essence of a good and tasty soup and also gives the right look. Simmering time to less than 16 hours – first the chicken broth and then we add Asian style vegetables and let it simmer more for 4 hours to get the best Asian taste out of it. Of course, we do it using Estonian ingredients as much as possible. So, it fits perfectly with dishes like Tom Kha, Ramen, curry dishes or other Asian style dishes. Also, with chicken, coconut milk and vegetables.
