1Chop 2-3 onions. Heat them in a pot with a little olive oil

2Chop a couple of pickles. Add 2 spoons of tomato paste.

3 Add the chopped pickles, a handful of olives and heat it.

4Add 750 ml of beef broth and simmer at a low heat for 5 min.

5Add 200 g of pizza ham and heat.

6Serve

Chicken-corn puree soup

1Chop 1 chilli and put into a pot. Add 200 g of cleaned corn.

2Add a little olive oil. Heat and add 750 ml of chicken broth.

3 Boil until corn is ready. Transfer to a blender and blend. You can also use an immersion blender.

4Add a few teaspoons of unflavoured peanut butter.

5Heat the pan and add 150 g of sliced chicken thigh meat.

6Fry it fast until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.

7Serve the soup with chicken thigh meat

Cold smoked salmon puree soup

1Chop a finger-sized leek and put it into a pot.

2Chop a medium-sized carrot and add to the pot.

3 Add a little oil and heat.

4Add 750 ml of fish broth.

5Chop 4 small potatoes and add to the soup.

6Boil until the vegetables are soft.

7Add a few slices of cold smoked salmon.

8Transfer to the blender and blend it or use the immersion blender.

9Chop some chives.

10Serve the soup with cold smoked salmon, chives and black pepper!

Red bean puree soup with minced meat

1Chop a finger-sized leek and put it into a pot.

2Hash chilli. Put into a pot, add a little olive oil and heat it.

3 Add strained red beans. Heat it.

4Add 750 ml of beef broth and boil it for 5 min.

5Transfer to the blender and blend it or use the immersion blender. Season with salt if needed.

6Heat the pan and add a little olive oil. Add 150 g of minced meat.

7Fry and season with salt and pepper.

8Serve the soup with minced meat.

Chicken noodle soup with meatballs

1Pour 750 ml of chicken broth into the pot. Heat until boiling.

2Add 100 g of noodles. Boil until noodles are ready.

3 Serve with cooked meatballs

Lentil soup with coconut milk

1Chop a finger-sized leek and put into a pot.

2Chop a chilli and add it to the pot. Add a little olive oil and heat.

3 Add 100 g of lentils. Heat.

4Add 750 ml of vegetable broth. Boil until lentils are soft.

5Add 4 tl of tomato paste and 150 ml of coconut cream or coconut milk.

6If needed, season with salt. Chop a handful of nuts

7Chop a bunch of coriander. Serve soup with nuts and coriander.

Dumpling soup

1Pour 750 ml of chicken broth in the pot. Add dumplings to the boiling broth.

2Stir the dumplings so they don’t stick together. Chop the tomato and add to the soup.

3 Heat. Serve with sour cream and basil.

4If needed, add black pepper.

Pumpkin puree soup

1Take half the pumpkin. Clean and chop it. Add little olive oil.

2Heat the pumpkin in the olive oil. Add the 750 ml of Asian broth.

3 Boil until the pumpkin is ready. Transfer to the blender and blend it or use the immersion blender.

4Season with lime juice and serve.

Borscht puree soup

1Chop the onion. Add 200 g of boiled beetroot. Add a little olive oil.

2Add 3 tl of tomato paste. Chop half of the small cabbage.

3 Add 750 ml of vegetable broth and boil until the cabbage is soft. Transfer to the blender and blend it or use the immersion blender.

4Season with mustard. Add lime juice. Chop the parsley.

5Serve the soup.

Fish soup

1Pour 750 ml of fish broth into a pot. Heat until boiling.

2Add your favourite mix of frozen vegetables.

3 Add frozen fish fillet cubes. Remove foam.

4Mince some green herbs and add to the soup.

5Serve!

Tom Kha with chicken and mushrooms

1Add olive oil to the pot. Chop 200 g of chicken thigh meat. Add to the pot and sauté.

2Chop a chilli and add to the pot. Chop 3-4 champignons and add to the pot.

3 Add 750 ml of Asian broth. Add 200 ml of coconut milk.

4Chop one tomato and add to the soup. Season with lime juice.

5Mince a bunch of coriander and add to the soup.

6Serve with a slice of lime.

Vegetable Puree Soup

1Chop 100g of leek. Take an handful of spinach, chopped leek and put them into pot. Add olive oil and heat it!

2Add a pack of Food Studio Vegetable Broth (750ml) and heat it until it boils. Add 100g of broccoli and boil until broccoli is soft!

3Mixer it, put it back onto the stove and let it boil for couple of minutes. Its ready now!

4Season it with salt and black pepper and serve!

Borscht

1Chop 1 middle sized onion. Chop 1 middle sized carrot into cubes. Put them into pot and add some olive oil for frying.

2Chop 3 middle sized potatoes into cubes. Add a pack of Food Studio Chicken Broth (750ml) and chopped potatoes into pot. Boil it for a while, at the same time removing some foam.

3Add 100g of sauerkraut and boil until sauerkraut is soft. Then add 100g of boiled and grated beetroot. Heat it until it boils, add some salt and black pepper and serve it!

Meatball soup

1Chop 1 onion. Chop 2 carrots into cubes. Put them into pot and add some olive oil for frying.

2Chop 3 potatoes into cubes. Add a pack of Food Studio Beef Broth (750ml) and chopped potatoes into pot. Heat it until potatoes are soft!

3Add 150g of meatballs. Season it with salt and black pepper, heat it until it boils and serve!

Swede Puree Soup

1Chop 300g of swede into cubes. Place them onto baking tray with baking paper and add some olive oil. Cook them in oven in 200C for about 10 minutes.

2Put cooked swede into pot and add a pack of Food Studio Chicken Broth (750ml). Boil it until the swede is soft. Mixer it into puree and add 200ml of cream (35%).

3Season it with salt and pepper. Heat it until it boils and serve!

Fish Soup

1Chop 2 carrots into cubes. Chop 1 onion. Put them into pot and add olive oil. Heat them! Chop 3 potatoes into cubes and 100g of leek also. Add a pack of Food Studio Fish Broth (750ml) and add 100g of rice. Heat it until it boils.

2Add chopped potatoes and leek. If the potatoes and rice are soft, add 150g of salmon fillet. Heat it until it boils, season it with salt and black pepper and serve!

Chicken Noodle Soup

1Cut 300g of chicken breast into small pieces. Put some olive oil into pot and add cutted chicken breast. Fry for a while and then season it with salt and pepper.

2Add a pack of Food Studio Chicken Broth (750ml), heat it and remove some foam from time to time. Add 100g of noodles. Heat it until the noodles are ready and serve!

Ground Meat-Vegetable Soup

1Take some broccoli and chop 100g of leek. Pour some olive oil into pot and add 150g of ground meat. Fry and season it with salt and pepper. Add a pack of Food Studio Chicken Broth (750ml).

2Add chopped leek, 50g of noodles. Heat it until it boils and remove some foam. Slice one bell pepper and add it and broccoli into the pot. Heat it max 5 min and serve!

Carrot Puree Soup with Coconut

1Chop 300g of carrots. Put them into the pot with olive oil and heat it for a while. Add a pack of Food Studio Asian Broth (750ml) and heat it until carrots are soft.

2Mixer it into puree, add 300-400ml of coconut milk and stir it. Heat it until it boils and serve! You can sprinkle some black pepper on it if You like!

Spicy Pumpkin Puree Soup

1Cut 300g of cleaned pumpkin into cubes. Place them onto baking tray with baking paper and pour some olive oil on them. Cook in the oven in 200C for about 10 minutes. Clean and chop about 50g of ginger. Chop couple of chili pepper also.

2Put chopped ginger and chili pepper into pot with olive oil. Fry for a while and add a pack of Food Studio Chicken Broth (750ml). Add cooked pumpkin cubes and boil them soft. Mixer it into puree.

3Season it with salt and pepper, heat it until it boils and serve!

Fish and Tigerprawn Soup

1Chop 100g of white part of leek and some mushrooms. Put some olive oil into the pot and add chopped leek and mushroms. Fry for a while and add a pack of Food Studio Asian Broth (750ml). Heat it until it boils and add a pack of ramen noodles.

2If the noodles are ready, add 150g of salmon fillet cubics and some tigerprawns. Heat it until it boils. Serve it with couple of hard boiled eggs which are cutted into half and sprinkle some black pepper on it!
